All orders within the UK are sent by second class post and you will normally receive your audio books within 7-14 days of ordering. Special requests for urgent delivery will be dealt with wherever possible but may incur an extra fee if you require delivery by first class post, special delivery or courier service. Please phone first.
Overseas sales are despatched by airmail but Crimson Cats cannot be responsible for any delay in delivery.

We only accept returns of damaged CDs. Please return the damaged product to us and we will replace it, together with the return postage cost.
